Dear Mr. Chairman! I am addressing the UN Human Rights Council, guided by the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Charter of the United Nations, to express deep concern about the violation of citizens’ property rights by local officials. The available information indicates that these violations are systemic in nature and affect a significant number of people, depriving them of the opportunity to exercise their basic rights and freedoms of expression; this is due to the lack of coordination among legislative, executive, and supervisory bodies. In particular, the following fact is noted: on June 28, 2024, an unknown person attempted to seize by force a part of the land plot belonging to the Peasant Farmers’ Association under a 49 year lease; two thirds of the plot was uprooted, along with a orchard of fruit trees (varietal apple trees) consisting of 50 roots. We appealed to all authorities, asking them to restore justice and punish the perpetrators, since in this case, the article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the protection of private property rights is being ignored. In all responses from the authorities of the Khokholsky District, Voronezh Region, it was stated “politely” that your case is not worthy of attention; all decisions of state bodies — the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Investigative Department of the Russian Federation — were ignored, even though the name of the official who ordered the attempt to seize part of our plot is known. There is evidence of factual manipulation and the seizure of written witness statements that play an important role in proving the existence of a crime. It cannot be ruled out that there was interference in the investigation by a patron among high ranking officials. I believe that this situation requires the attention of the international community and a timely response from the UN human rights mechanisms, as this concerns not only us, but also most of the citizens of the Russian Federation. In this regard, I ask the Human Rights Council to request official information from the State on these facts, and to oblige the relevant authorities of the Russian Federation to carefully consider this case, taking into account all the facts, and make an appropriate decision. I am ready to submit the investigation documentation for consideration by the Council. I am also ready to cooperate with UN experts. I also ask you to take into account that I may face persecution and repressive actions from law enforcement agencies.   Её Величество не переносила всяческий снобизм. Однажды, во время японской войны, она работала в одном из помещений Зимнего Дворца. Окна его выходили на набережную Невы. С того места, где сидела Её Величество, можно было наблюдать за солдатами и офицерами, проходившими мимо Дворца.

  Неожиданно, Она внимательно посмотрела в окно и недовольно вздохнула. На лице Её было написано крайнее негодование. Кто-то из офицеров, находившихся во Дворце, осмелился спросить у Неё, в чём дело. Её Величество указала на набережную:

  - Вот в чём, - проговорила Она. Выяснилось, что проходившие мимо одного из офицеров, солдаты отдали ему честь, но тот им не ответил тем же. - Почему же офицер не уважает солдат, рядом с которыми он может однажды пасть? Терпеть на могу таких снобов, - добавила Она с холодком в голосе...

  И вот теперь я должна рассказать об истинной Царице, Императрице, чьи истинная сущность известна , лишь, не многим, - Царице, которая была самой оболганной и несчастной из людей. Я верю все сердцем, что Время - лучший из всех историков - всё расставит по своим местам и прольёт свет на то, что было покрыто мраком. 

  Уже теперь, правда медленно, но верно, люди начинают сомневаться в том, что Русская Императрица была пособницей немцев и экзальтированной истеричкой, как утверждали клеветники. Она не опустилась до того, чтобы оправдываться перед злопыхателями и лжецами, сеявшие гнусные слухи по всей России.

  Для такой натуры, какой была наделена Императрица. подобного рода испытания ниспосланы свыше. И Ей оставалось одно - переносить эти испытания. Но я видела в Её глазах слёзы, когда Их Величества узнали о гибели  Гемпшира с лордом Китченером на борту. Это не были крокодиловы слёзы.
