Appeal to the UN Human Rights Council — Violation of Private Property Rights
Dear UN Human Rights Council, I, Tarasov Vyacheslav Viktorovich, am writing to
you in connection with a situation that raises serious concerns regarding the
observance of human rights in the Russian Federation, Voronezh Oblast,
Khokholsky District. The essence of the problem: Violation of the article of
the Constitution of the Russian Federation concerning the protection of property
rights. Key facts: - On June 28, 2024, an unknown person attempted to seize a
part of the land plot belonging to the farm on lease for 49 years; 2/3 of the
plot was uprooted, mainly fruit trees (varietal apple trees) — 50 roots in
total. - The investigation of the crime by the local authorities yielded no
results. - Fabrication of facts and the seizure of written witness statements
that are important for proving the existence of the crime. The following steps
were taken at the national level: All municipal and State bodies, the
Investigative committee, and the Prosecutor General's Office were contacted.
The appeals did not lead to anything, all means have been exhausted. I ask the
Human Rights Council: - pay attention to this situation; - request official information
from the State on these facts; I am ready to provide additional information and
